5. High self-esteem could increase your communication.
Power struggles are causes of conflict. Ex: someone in charge of prom decorating and another person in charge of refreshments and placing the tables. They start arguing about where to put chairs & tables.
A positive result of a conflict is differences being settled.

To actively listen means to pay close attention and to take notes during lectures.

If students are working on a community service project to help the environment they should keep in mind that families live near by and not to cause any loud noises to disturb the peace.
