Psalm 111 Praise the L ORD ! I will give thanks to the L ORD with my whole heart, in the company of the upright, in the congregation. Great are the works of the L ORD, studied by all who delight in them. Full of honour and majesty is his work, and his righteousness endures forever.

Psalm 111 He has gained renown by his wonderful deeds; the L ORD is gracious and merciful. He provides food for those who fear him; he is ever mindful of his covenant. He has shown his people the power of his works, in giving them the heritage of the nations.

Psalm 111 The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy. They are established forever and ever, to be performed with faithfulness and uprightness. He sent redemption to his people; he has commanded his covenant forever. Holy and awesome is his name.

Psalm 111 The fear of the L ORD is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. His praise endures forever.

Why? what areas of life of your life might be changed by your faith? what sort of differences might faith make?

Jesus speaks After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God. ‘The time has come,’ he said. ‘The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!’ As Jesus walked beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. ‘Come, follow me,’ Jesus said, ‘and I will send you out to fish for people.’ At once they left their nets and followed him. When he had gone a little farther, he saw James son of Zebedee and his brother John in a boat, preparing their nets. Without delay he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men and followed him.
