3. Arrival and Dismissal Start time: 7:45 each day. Do not ask older siblings to go to classroom of younger students to pick them up. Older siblings should wait either in cafeteria, Williams Pavilion, or by the bus for the younger ones. Parents must drop off students at door by Williams Pavilion or front door.

5. The needs of gifted students? Collaborative Model Gifted resource teacher collaborates, plans, and monitors with the regular education teachers to differentiate the gifted students instruction. Regular education teachers deliver the planned instruction. Projects and assignments offer choice, and varied process and content expectations. All 5 th Grade teachers are certified

7. Assessments Grades will be available on-line in Parent Portal. Grade weights Classwork 40% Homework 5% Projects 25% Tests Quizzes 30%

8. Assessment Portfolios will be kept for all students to document progress. Not all graded work will be sent home. Parents may schedule an appointment to come in to look at items in the portfolio.
