2. 2 IAB’s Coaching Webinars The Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) – Industry Advisory Board (IAB) - is a group of senior IEs and managers that represent several companies that are active with IIE Nationally The IAB sponsors quarterly Webinars thru the main IIE website, that focus on Coaching & Advising tips for Young Professionals The Webinars were developed in cooperation with IIE’s Young Professionals group Each Webinar will feature one or two senior IE’s who will give their backgrounds, talk briefly about their coaching & advising activities, then take questions
