5. Implementation The simplest way is to tell employees to print double sided. Simply go to options at the printer screen and choose to print on both sides. When the first side is printed on a series of papers, simply reinsert the papers the way they came out of the printer and it will print on the other side. This can be done by a memo and a simple demonstration. Also, a sheet of paper by each desk showing the steps will allow people to have a visual. Another way to implement this is when it comes time to buy new printers (every 5 years), buy ones that print double sided (they have been out for a while, just make sure employees choose this option.
