3. 3 What do you see as the priorities for moving forward?  Continued Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) education for nursing homes.  Nursing home education on person-centered care approaches to understand “needs-driven expressions” in residents with dementia.  Improvement in care transitions across the care continuum related to caring for individuals with dementia.
