Previous Practice Academic Review days – Paper Based, Paper Chase....! – Before the day Tutor completed Subject review Placed in Personal Tutors ‘pigeon hole’ – Often received in the morning of the Academic Review Day Sorted by Personal Tutor into student order – On the day Student completed Personal Review Sheet (before interview) Discussion between Personal Tutor and Student – Often hurried, not all Subject Reviews available, no reflection by student. Paperwork filed in Student Academic Folder

4. Problems 2400 x 7 (avg) sheets = – 168,000+ Sheets of paper 2400 x 1 review Sheet x Photocopying = £120 Subject Reviews missing, miss filed or not completed. Personal Tutor Review carried out with little (if any) knowledge of Subject review Poor perception by Students and Staff
