13 13 Action Plan Business Objectives must be SMART! Specific – target a specific area for improvement; must be a specific area of focus. Measurable – quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress and/or success. Assignable – specify who will do it. Realistic – state what results can realistically be achieved, given available resources; can this be done? Time-related – specify when the result(s) will be achieved.

All the animals attend the conference, except one. Which animal doesn’t attend? 4.There is a river you must cross, but it is inhabited by fierce crocodiles. How do you solve the problem?

16 16 Riddle You are driving in your car and you see there are three people at a bus stop: Your best friend, a sick old lady in need of hospital care and the woman of your dreams, whom you may never see again. Its pouring with rain and you only have room for one more person in your car. Who do you take?

I can see the whole picture of the department This function is very complex There are many challenges, and we won’t solve them all, but we can find simple solutions We will be able to bite in small chunks Debate on independence arouses a lot of thought We are more prepared and empower ed for tomorro w We need to walk around the elephant to see how big it us before we start to eat it in small chunks I buy into the idea of a strategy with an end in mind We are building at the foundation level while we are trying to install windows at the same time
