2. Safety comes first  Always make sure you turn the gas off once you have finished.  Always start with the safety flame.  Have the right equipment.  You must wear goggles and an apron.

3. To turn on a bunsen burner you have to: Put the piece of hose in a gas socket. Make sure the gas is on at the wall. Turn the gas valve. And you should have a flame.

4. If the bunsen burner goes wrong use the nearest piece of saftey equipment. If the fire gets out of hand, hit the fire bell and calmly get out of the area. No matter what do not go back in. Leave you things and get out. or this could happen

5.  If a yellow flame appears it is a safety flame  If a blue flame appears it is not a safety flame so do not touch it  But don't touch the safety flame anyway

6.  There are many different pieces of safety equipment.  Fire blanket  Fire extinguisher  fire hose So if there is a fire try and find a piece of equipment
