3 Good dayBad day Colleens Good Day/Bad Day © The Learning Community for Essential Lifestyle Planning, Inc. 2006 Dont need to hit snooze 4 times Lilly is fed, dressed and happy Good left-overs from last night, easy to make lunch Gas in car - No traffic Training Day No phone calls at work – people email instead Time to go for a walk or jogging Go out to dinner Groggy, cant wake up, running late Lilly wakes up late and is crabby Lots of traffic, need to get gas In boring meetings Lots of phone calls Stuck at work late – dont get home until 6:30 Have to cook Bad weather – cant go outside Only reality shows on TV

Ask me if I want to go for a walk or jogging. Keep meetings moving and give chances for lots of activity. Im happy to take notes.
