2 Panic Zone Stretch Zone Comfort Zone

3 Y our comfort Zone is just that – comfortable. Everything youre familiar with is within your comfort zone such as taking your shower, getting to work or any other daily activity. Comfort Zone

4 Your stretch Zone is the place where you dare to try new things - the things that you do but are not comfortable with - things youre either awkward with or are somewhat apprehensive of. Stretch Zone

5 Your Panic Zone is the place where you do not want to go. The things you believe you could not possibly do. Moving into this area simply causes severe fear and can put you off stretching for long periods. Panic Zone

6 Physical Symptoms of Panic Heart begins to beat quickly. Breathing becomes shallow. Hands and feet begin tingling. Look for ways to leave or hide.

7 ComfortStretchPanic Driving during the day on regular routes under regular weather conditions. Driving in inclement weather. Driving at night on the highway. Driving on unknown routes. Driving in a bigger city as I dont know where Im going. Driving in a snow storm. Lynnes Comfort/Stretch/Panic

8 Obtain GPS In July 2007, use the GPS to drive to the hotel in North Bay during the daylight hours with my husband in the car. Stretch

9 Ultimate Goal Moving my panic items to the comfort area. Driving under any circumstance does not concern me in the least. Have a healthy respect for dangerous weather conditions and night-vision driving. Create a will. ComfortPanic

10 Create Your Own Comfort Think of where your panic lies when it comes to something in your personal life. Sort out the sections accordingly. ComfortStretchPanic

14 What parts of community connecting is a little awkward for you? Do you feel intimidated when asking an employer if he/she needs extra help? Do you struggle with picking up the phone and asking a community member if someone can join their group? Stretch

15 What parts of community connecting puts you in panic mode? Do you refuse to knock on a businessmans door for the 2 nd or 3 rd time? Does the thought of making a cold call put you in a cold sweat? Panic
