15 15 HARE Programme Steering Committee The Steering Group will review and give advice on the approval of the: Programme Management Plan and its subsequent updates; Programme Risk Plan and its subsequent updates; Resources required, and the impact of resource limitations; Programme Strategy document and the other key deliverables of the Programme; Progress and cost performance; Start of each programme phase.

16 16 HARE Programme Next Steps HARE proposal will proceed through internal appraisal and stakeholders consultation PMP and Business Case Risk management Steering Group to review PMP, etc.
