Rest of the modules acceptance testing has been completed. DR Center: Hardware Installation completed, all SW are loaded, DR is commissioned CCC : All 4 Call Centers are ready for GO LIVE (Agra, Lucknow, Varansi and Meerut). However, these are being replaced with DLMS Complaint meters progressively as and when the supplies are being received. Utilities to complete meter installation so that modem can be installed as per revised schedule. End Location Site Readiness: over 80% of the non-Pilot sites/towns not ready to host the IT Infrastructure Part B Status : Bid evaluation under process, to be completed by December 2011. To commence the work so as to complete in three years. (Critical) Ring fencing : To complete Ring fencing in 33 towns by Dec. ’11, after addressing gaps pointed out by TPIEA. (Critical) Base Line Data : Baseline data submitted for 134 towns being examined by TPIEA. DISCOMs have to correct the gaps. (Critical) Part A SCADA : 1 DPR of Bareilly Town (added recently) to be submitted by MVVNL. RfP to be floated for appointment of SCADA Implementation Agency Incentive scheme : Submitted by MVVNL, PuVVNL and DVVNL.
