MOS (Mean Opinion Score) Relies on a panel of human interpreters Calls are rated on a scale of 1 to 5 Results in a subjective measurement of voice quality Other Methods include: E-Model (ITU-T G.107) PSQM / PSQM+ (ITU-T P.861) PAMS PESQ (ITU-T P.862)
