Status of ATF2 Cavity BPM Project Sep 29, 2005 Project Scope: Instrument both couplers ATF2 cavity BPM’s (35) Produce prototype for December cavity test Production complete 31.03.06 Want full integration into ATF2 control system.

Hardware Status – Downmix Chassis Prototype submitted for printing Sept 29 (CA). Parts on hand – –Except limiters (4 to 6 weeks) and power meter –Testing begins Oct 12 Tests of HOM board (similar) –gain 33dB –Linearity second side band 70dB down at top of range of -24dBm –Noise figure 5dB –Channel to channel coupling -60dB Board designed for machine assembly
