8.  Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) at Arjun College of Technology and Sciences is established during the academic year 2006-07 with an intake of 60 students in B.Tech course  Alongwith 60 students in DEEE from 2009- 10.

Prof. Rama Rao P.V.V., HOD B.Tech in EEE with I Class Distinction from JNTUCE, J.N.T.University Hyderabad in 1998 M.Tech in Electrical Power Engineering with I Class Distinction from JNTUCE, J.N.T.University - Hyderabad.. Had 2 year Industrial and 11 years of teaching experience. Worked at various levels from Lecturer to Assoc.Professor & HOD. Now as Assoc.Professor & Head in the department of EEE in Arjun College of Technology & Science, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. Areas of interest are Power Systems, Electrical Distribution Systems, Simulation of Electrical Systems.
