5. Cheerleading We are off and running! Cheering for boys and girls varsity contests. Lots and lots of compliments! 13 Cheerleaders – 6 Junior High – 7 High School ~ They are doing a great job staying positive and working hard!

9. Student Teachers We have two new student teachers with us for the second semester. Both are from Wayne State College. – Bayli Klein is student teaching with Mrs. Von in Math. – Tyler Niehus is student teaching with Mr. Oliver in PE. He is also helping with JH girls basketball and HS boys basketball.

10. 6 New Students Option enroll student has returned to PHS. Young lady on alternate class schedule has returned after taking some time off from school. Transfer student (sophomore girl) from Centura Public Schools. New foreign exchange student with Joel and Joleen Splitgurber. Serena Pellecchia is a senior from Italy. Two new students transferring from Allen. (junior girl, senior girl)

12. Caught Doing The Right Thing Cheerleaders – Working so hard and putting themselves out there! Have taken on the project of picking up trash after Pender crowd clears out. Gotten many nice compliments.
