8. Density Property It means we can always find a real number between any two real numbers.

9. Adjacent angles angles that have a common ray coming out of the vertex going between two

10. Coefficient A number or symbol multiplied with a variable or an unknown quantity in an algebraic term, as 4 in the term 4x, or x in the term x

11. Distance Formula the formula, which is used to find the distance between two points

12. Domain the set of values of the independent variable for which a function is defined

13. Hypotenuse the longest side of a right triangle, opposite the right angle.

14. Legs of a right Triangle The sides adjacent to the right angle.

15. Range The range of a set of numbers is the highest number minus the lowest number.

16. Slope The rise over the run

18. Scatter plot a graph made by plotting ordered pairs in a coordinate plane to show the correlation between two sets of data.
