INTRODUCTION The Legal Automation System keeps track of files and contains information such as records of the person(who are the clients of Lawyer ) records of all case details which are held by Lawyer and information about his/her sub Lawyer of all historical files. The system can be designed implemented in an efficient manner. It aids in faster access to information in a reliable and consistency way. This information is stored in databases and can be accessed through user-friendly front-end application

3. This system gives very fast service to user. Example- suppose user wants to see the information about the particular case then he/she enter the case no. of particular case and can retrive all information of the case therefore retrival of information is very fast and easly to user Project is concerned with Legal automation system of the Lawyer office at Indian courts. The Lawyer office requires the maintaing the records of different type of files. Therefore maintaining all records mannualy is very difficult. The Legal automation system will provides all the facility to maintain the records of client in computer system.

4. The Project aim at making the existing mannual system of lawyer office computerized.This will have a several benefits like-simultaneousely access the data of various client,fasters access and better user interface and enhanced features The Project development process consist of various phases organised in a linear order on the basis of the flow of control between them. The Project being with requirement analysis and project planning.the requirement were clearly started unchanging and realaistic the design after the requirement analysis is complete coding beings after that this followed by testing and the implimentation of the system.

5. SYSTEM STUDY This is concened with a brief study of system. 1. It beings with explanning the pre-scanario of the system, 2. The problem encountered in the existing system, 3. Specifies the need to make the system automated. 4. It gives then the problem description, 5. The purpose of the project, 6. The various users made and the scope of the project.

6. PRE-SCENARIO The Legal automation system implemented in the lawyer office was mannualy. Simultaneously access by different user was not possible To avoid any inconsistencies in the system and ensuring accurecy and effectiveness the system has to be operated from one desk only. Easy and much timely access of information was not possible.

7. NEED FOR MAKING SYSTEM AUTOMATED There was a great need to make The Legal automation system automated so as to remove the inconsistencies from which the previous system suffered making the system automated has various advantages. These benefits are as: Accessing of Data easily. The user can access of Data from desk only. Easy and timely access of Data by the user. Removal of inconsistencies from as the system is running. Plateform independent as a system

8. PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT The main purpose of the project is to design Legal system for the lawyer office automated,this will have a several benefit like simultaneously access by various client lawyers from any where, faster access to provide better user interface with contain enhanced features

9. PROBLEM DEFINATION The Legal automation system is required for keeping,track of files related to various cases &clients.every files has different type of report for different type of cases. Various type of information stored in the system as like:- Information related to personal client details. Information related to cases of various clients. Information related to fee changing of various cases. Information related to personal details of lawyer. Information related to schedule of cases.

10. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT The Legal Automation System has to be implemented for the lawyer office,thus it hgas to be designed in a customized way so as to fullfill all the requirement of lawyers. Therefore the scope of the project at presnt is the lawyer office but the project is made open to enhancement and description. The project can later be used extended to be used various Indian courts.

11. REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION Requirement specification is the starting step for the development activities. During the requirement specifiction the goal is to produce the document of the client requirement. This document forms the basis of development and software validation.the requirement document has to be such the client and the end user can understand easily and the software development can use it as the basis for software development.

The goal of this activity is to understand such different aspects as the requirement of the problem.It’s contexts & now it fits in the client’s problem after this requirement specification is given in during which the understood problem or specified for producing the system requirements.this topic ends with a brief description of the hardware and software specification and the technology & tools available for the requirement analysis are included
