5. TEACHING STEPS Explain In the last class you learned more about STDs. Today we’re going to be talking about HIV. What is HIV? HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus. It’s the virus that causes AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome) HIV lives in semen, vaginal fluids, blood, and breast milk. It can be passed from one person to another through bodily fluids.
