2 This week’s grammar skill is focused on the last remaining part of speech.
But, also the first type of phrase we will be learning.

3 Identify the part of speech of each word in this sentence

Prepositions Definition: A preposition links nouns, pronouns and phrases to other words in a sentence. Examples: along, at, underneath, by, above, of, beneath, down, over.

8 Types of Relationships

9 Prepositional Phrase Definition: A phrase that includes a preposition and the object of the preposition. Example: The man from Baltimore was giving a speech.
