How the war all began. When World war 1 ended Britain said that the war started because of Germany so they wont aloud a lot of guns, bombs, airplanes and soldiers.Adolf Hitler was not happy so he said we will have power again so he secretly made bombs, guns, airplanes and he trained his men. Then he said we want to evade some countries to Britain so they said yes but he took over a lot of countries and then he said on the radio he was going to take over Poland but know one would believe him but when he did Britain and France declared war.

Why did Britain & France attack Germany? He kind of went with the flow.Hitler ignored British and French guarantees to Poland and attacked it in 1939- which started the World war 2 and got both France and Britain to issue Ultimatums and then declared war. France and Britain did not declare war on the Soviets- even though they were allies of Hitler at that time and also attacked Poland in 1939) Hitler was surprised that the Brits declared war when Chamberlain was still in power.

Evacuations!!! Evacuation is when children are sent away from there family to the country side to be safe. This happened because the Male were sent to fight in the war while the Female make weapons for the army. When the children went to the country side they were chosen from the people who live in the country side to stay with them until the war ended. If the parents don’t come to collect there child there parents were either Captured or killed and the children had to stay and never see there parents again.

Hitler's death: On April 30, as the Battle of Berlin raged above him, realizing that all was lost and not wishing to suffer Mussolini's fate, German dictator Adolf Hitler committed suicide in his bunker along with Eva Braun, his long-term mistress whom he had married just hours before their joint suicide. In his will Hitler appointed his successors; Karl Dönitz as the new Reichspräsident ("President of Germany") and Joseph Goebbels as the new Reichskanzler (Chancellor of Germany). However, Goebbels committed suicide on May 1, 1945, leaving Döitz as sole leader of Germany. German forces in Italy surrender: On May 1, SS General Karl Wolff and the Commander-in-Chief of the, General Heinrich von Vietinghoff, after prolonged unauthorised secret negotiations with the Western Allies named Operation Sunrise, which were viewed as trying to reach a separate peace by the Soviet Union, ordered all German armed forces in Italy to cease hostilities and signed a surrender document which stipulated that all German forces in Italy were to surrender unconditionally to the Allies on May 2.
