3 Celebrating Achievement 31 Inspections in WELB during 2013/14. 94% Good or Better. 68% Very Good or Outstanding.

4 Celebrating Achievement Primary Outcomes End of Key Stage outcomes are above NI average in WELB. Post-Primary Outcomes 5+A*-C GCSE’s including English and Maths WELB schools have exceeded PfG target. Rising trend in outcomes for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

14 Reconstitution of Governors Reconstitution of all School Boards of Governors has been ongoing during the 2013/2014 year and continues; About 90 % complete in WELB controlled schools; New School Boards of Governors to govern 2014 – 2018 (to be confirmed).

15 Changes to Governance since 2009 -An increased level of accountability; -The development of self-evaluation in the context of governance; -The inspection of governance.
