Green chemistry applies across the life cycle of a chemical product, including its design, manufacture, and use. Green chemistry is a highly effective approach to pollution prevention because it applies innovative scientific solutions to real-world environmental situations.

Some extraction processes generate incredible amounts of solvent or chemical waste

Natural identical compounds tend to be more cost effective, clean green and natural Vitamin C is the best example
