10 Time of Examination 27 Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord. 28 A man ought to examine himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup. (1 Corinthians 11:27-28) 5 Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you--unless, of course, you fail the test? (2 Cor. 13:5) 23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. 24 See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. (Psalm 139:23-24)

11 Time of Confession “Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, "I will confess my transgressions to the LORD"-- and you forgave the guilt of my sin. "Selah“ (Psalm 32:5) 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)

12 Time of Remembrance and Thanksgiving 24 “Do this in remembrance of me.” 26 For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes. 29 For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of the Lord eats and drinks judgment on himself. (1 Cor. 11:24, 26, 29) 57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Cor. 15:57)
