2
How Charlie Was Found Saturday night on March 27, 2010 a adorable Black lab and Pit-bull mix puppy came scratching and crying at my door Bone thin and starving, my roommate and I realized he was abandon. We named him Charlie.
3
Giving Charlie A Bath We soon found out that Charlie did not like baths We checked for ticks, fleas and any cuts, bruises or broken bones. Charlie made sure we got a bath also…
4
We made a Website “Finding Charlie A Home” was a facebook group that all our friends could join to help him find a home. We covered a bigger area then just our Valdosta area.
5
We called the Shelters Most Shelters euthanized, which means they put dogs and cats down after four days of staying in the shelter We didn’t want this poor puppy to be put down for no reason…..So we looked for a No-Kill Shelter
6
No Kill Shelters It is estimated as many as 250,000,000 companion animals were slaughtered in American 'shelters' during the last decade. That figure is equivalent to the entire US human population in 1991. Says the http://www.nokillnow.com/ website http://www.nokillnow.com/ There mission is to adopt pets out and not to kill.
