Group B: specific criteria Latin America region – Brazil (lot 16) In line with the national policy of positive discrimination, the totality of the mobility has to focus on individuals under Target Group 1. Participants will be selected under Target Group 2 and 3 only in case it will not be possible to select all the participants under Target Group 1. 3.Type of mobility and indicative distribution 1 This term is used to describe the mobility of a Brazilian student that makes a part of his/her doctorate course in a European university. The “sandwich” doctorate usually begins after all the disciplines have been concluded at the Brazilian university and the mobility can be between six and ten months (one semester or a full academic year) in an European University
