12 Earliest start dates for Reinvestment Projects Call EACEA 27/07 In order to be eligible, reinvestment projects of the potential funds generated by this call for proposals must begin: ModuleEarliest start date of the project 1 Co-productionThe co-production contract must be signed at the earliest on 1st August 2008 / submitted within 3 months 2 Minimum guaranteeThe licence agreement / deal memo must be signed at the earliest on 1st August 2008 / submitted within 3 months 3 P&A costsThe first theatrical release of the film in the territory can take place at the earliest on 1st August 2008 / latest on day of release Reminder: Module 3 and Selective Scheme cannot be cumulated Deadline for reinvestment is 1st October 2009
