25 SAMDI 4. Conclusion SAMDI’s active response to the G&A Programme of Action is a critical imperative in driving the capacity building strategies within the Public Sector. The milestones that have been recorded are a clear indication of the seriousness with which SAMDI is taking this programme in it’s turnaround strategy. turnaround strategy. Where the organization is working in collaboration with other departments, opportunities for capacity building have been and will continue to be identified, and challenges addressed.
