17. Our Appeal to the Board FCC-Abu Dhabi sponsors two (2) - Friday Worship Services in August. With the budget of 3,070 AED x 2 = 6,140 (only for the month of August whilst it is still summer time and FCC Al Ain is still not able to cover this with their current budget). help us carry the burden as God’s co-worker. Repair Cost of Projector 850 AED (bulb replacement – not covered by warranty) Lending of mixer (technical) from AUH to Al Ain for August (4-Fridays)

18. TENTMAKERS MINISTRY 2009 ROLE- GOALS- OBJECTIVES TENTMAKERS' ROLE To act as the "Local Missionary" of the Filipino Christian Church. Sent to fulfill the great commission (Matthew 28:18-20) thru the power of the Holy Spirit, beginning with the seven emirates then to other places (internationally) as the Lord would lead us. TENTMAKERS' GOALS (for 2009) For Al Ain Outreach/Mission (FCC-Al Ain): TO sign up and disciple at least 50 bonafide members. TO celebrate at least 2 Worship Service every month with 50 regular attendees TO encourage and maintain at least 15 regular prayer warriors meeting every week for intercession TO earnestly seek God, His will, and ways to live the Christian life thru at least 4 Bible Studies meeting regularly every week (two old + two new) TO pray for, identify, equip, and involve at least 25 committed leaders to various ministries and responsibilities for the edification of the body TO fervently seek GOD's will for a Full-time pastor and worship center For Dubai Outreach/Mission: TO have at least 2 Bible Studies meeting regularly every week with at least 20 total regular attendees TO celebrate at least 2 Worship Service

TENTMAKERS' GOALS (for 2009) For Sharjah Outreach/Mission (FCC-Sharjah) TO sign up and disciple at least 25 bonafide members. TO celebrate at least 2 Worship Service every month with 25 regular attendees TO encourage and maintain at least 8 regular prayer warriors meeting every week for intercession TO earnestly seek God, His will, and ways to live the Christian life thru at least 2 Bible Studies meeting regularly every week (0ne old + one new) TO pray for, identify, equip, and involve at least 15 committed leaders to various ministries and responsibilities for the edification of the body For the Tentmakers and the Ministry To pray for, identify, equip, and involve at least 40 committed members (25 old + 15 new) in the Tent Makers Ministry TO encourage every member to become an example in living a Spirit-filled, Christ-like life, pleasing and bringing Glory to God and to Jesus our Lord and Saviour TO maintain a complete record (hard & soft copy) of all materials, documents, multi-media files, member’s record, master list of attendees and members, centrally and for each Mission TO ensure the “transferability” of the Ministry to future leaders

TENTMAKERS' OBJECTIVES (for 2009) 1.Open the designated number of Bible Studies in various missions (for evangelism, discipleship and trainings) 2.Hold the designated number of Worship Service in each Outreach/Mission 3.Conduct CGO, BS Camp, Presidership Seminar, ETC (at least once) for each of the Outreaches/Missions 4.Have a "Friends Day" (at least once) in Al Ain and Sharjah 5.Conduct a Leadership/Planning Seminar (at least once) 6.Open a prayer meeting (for each Outreach/Mission) 7.Participate in the Ministry Fair 8.Encourage/Recruit more drivers for the Ministry by means of Quarterly “Announcement” and/or “Challenges” during worship Service and Prayer Meeting 9.Create and maintain a “Central File” of all records, (i.e.data base for TM members, each missions’ members, Bulletins, Programs, Minutes of Meetings, Pictures, Videos, etc.) For easy access and future reference. 10.Be a good steward of God’s blessings and properties so that they will still be available for the next generation of Tent Makers 11.Actively participate in Mission Conferences, Seminars (local and abroad) in order to obtain fresh and new ideas to improve the Ministry and the Leaders. 12.Hold an Annual Mission Conference to broaden the awareness of the Local Church on the priority and importance of Mission in the Church Life.
