DACF is harmonized within SETSO countries Initiated the usage of DACF models in detection of network congestions Since 1.3.2004: All countries reached the level of sending two models per day (10h30 and 3h30) Standard of UCTE is reached but still we use old instruments and tools.

Congestion Management GOAL: To establish the capacity allocation/congestion management procedures in SEE area (according to ETSO rules based on Directive 1228/2003): Detection of the congestions in SEE area Evaluation of European CM methods Overview of CM methods already applied in SEE Proposal for the future CM methods Workshop with regulators and joint meeting with ETSO TF To explore the possibilities for practical implementation of such methods form: - technical, and - organizational point of view (in cooperation with the regulators)

Result: No problems after the re-synchronization from the load flow point of view But how will the market develop? – We have no experience yet!!!
