2 The project The Agency is developing the tool in partnership with: the EU social partners - ETUC, BusinessEurope, UEAPME the EU governments European Commission the Dutch government and the Dutch social partners The Online risk assessment tool will be the legacy of the Risk Assessment campaign.

3 Next steps Testing phase To carry out two pilots: 1 EU sectoral social dialogue (preliminary discussions already with the Construction Social Partners) 1 Member State Aims: Test the tool Test validity of written guides intended for developers and end-users. Public launch of the tool – end 2010
