In the changing environment some of the differentials between infocom markets are likely to remain as “legacy” services. At the same time other networking aspects will be converged and evolved as new market sectors and new opportunities are developed. These changes will only be enabled and accepted if the advantages of these new communicating applications are clearly visible to: the parties providing the services and the access, the parties developing the applications and most importantly the parties that are expected to use and pay for them.
