3 Architecture Parthenon- white marble temple built to honor Athena (warrior goddess) –One of ancient Greece’s greatest accomplishments

4 It was said that Metis would have a child that would be more powerful than Zeus. He swallowed her, but it was too late, she had already conceived a child. Athens was born from Zeus’ forehead.
