Tim Rice went on to become extremely famous writing the lyrics for such musicals and movies like: Disney’s The Lion King. When they were both in 6 th grade, the two of them wrote a very short musical about the Bible Story of Joseph and his brothers. They called it: “Joseph and his Amazing Dreamcoat”

9 King of the Trunk Song Since his graduation, he produced 3 main Rock Opera’s: Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. These and many more have been huge successes, because Webber knows what kind of music a large group of people like, and gives them what they want. Webbers main criticism is that all of his music sounds the same, which is true to a point. Because of this, he has earned the title of King of the Trunk Song. What is a Trunk Song
