1) Create a more coherent and quality image and message of EU-Ukraine cooperation, by facilitating networking and best practice exchange and common events among EU-funded projects. 8 Goal # 2: Context Emphasize policy context of cooperation by pointing out Ukraine's legal and institutional changes or specific improvements supported by EU funding. What is the EU policy for your project's field of work? What are the EU best practices in the sector? How is your project helping Ukraine reform its legislation and/or institutions? How will the foreseen policy changes or reforms benefit Ukrainian citizens?

Mainstream communications on Association Agreement / Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), and where relevant Budget Support, in all events and tools.
