A Techno-Constructivist is one who empowers others to use technology to develop a deeper understanding of a subject area using technology. The burden is shifted from the teacher to the learner and the instructor becomes more of a coach and evaluator, than a presenter. The teaching style shifts toward a project-based learning domain.
