7 IMPORT DECLARATIONS Through IMPORT DECLARATIONS the system allows: To alert to the presentation for clearance of certain tax-risky consignments taking into account the tariff heading, the importer tax number, the origin etc. (import risk profiles). To seek risky consignments by differents SAD boxes. Give automatic assessments about the trader risk in each consignment.

21 ANOTHER CONTROL MEANS CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT INSTRUCTIONS 2005 Instruction relating to physical checks focused on articles coming from Asia Rg. 339/93 must be applied if the products found have been declared in a generic way to avoid specific importation controls Ex. Some consignments are declared like plastic articles, but dummies are also found into the consignments. Rg. 339/93 must be applied in certain controls in SADs selected for different risk profiles Ex.
