The following chart reports the current status on NSIDC organizational change.  Matrixed approach  3 service groups (Info Technology, Info Services, Archive Services)

The DAAC is 65% of the data center and DAAC staff are imbedded throughout NSIDC. In addition to acquiring direct services from the Service Groups, the DAAC has project management staff Tables and charts presented below are derived data covering the period July 2002 through June 2003 (the CU fiscal year)
