Providing optimum technical and administrative support to the President and the Vice President in constituting policies for the execution of the State Power / Authority; 2. Providing optimum household and protocol services to the President and the Vice President; 3. Providing effective technical and administrative support to the President in executing his supreme authority over the Army, Naval and Air Forces; 4. Carrying out effective and efficient services in the field of supervision, general administration, information and institutional relations; 5. Improving the quality of the human resources, facilities, and infrastructure. 4

5 DUTIES AND FUNCTION OF STATE SECRETARIAT  Duties: Carrying out the provision of technical and administrative support to the President and the Vice President in executing the State Power/Authority  Function: Preparing texts for the President and the Vice President.
