3. 5.1 - Detailed Specification of the local Pilots 5.1.2 Prepare Procurement / Leasing document (April 2011) –Definition of the EV type (in terms of performance, battery, safety, comfort…) –Definition of the formula for the acquisition of the ZEVs: leasing contract or procurement –Definition of contractual provisions that guarantee the full functionality and usage of the vehicle for the duration of the project: support and maintenance, courtesy vehicle, option to buy the leased vehicle at the end of the contract

4. 5.2 - Preparing the roll out –User/Staff Training 5.2.1 Training Materials (June 2011) –Training materials for users: handbook for the correct use of the EV (warnings, how to behave in case of failure, recharging methods, streets and traffic rules) –Training materials for fleet/depot managers: organization of the fleet (active and reserve vehicles), vehicle maintenance and efficiency (periodic testing of electrical and mechanical components)
