Step – Meetings with the clients Face to face meetings As result of the second step 2-3 Face to face meeting with the target group companies Real time information from the real client Opinions of the potential partners/clients Updated information, opportunities to proceed

8 M4U-Concept CONTENT: (arrangements of the meetings with the potential clients, improvement of the documents, practical sales work, etc) 7500 eur/3 months = 2500,- euro/month (VAT 0) Invoicing monthly by ELP Business Connections (Switzerland) Success Fee (for limited projects only) In case of success fee, terms case by case All cost of the consultants (travelling, loge, etc) included Cost of the company personnel (like travelling cost to the meetings) not included Cost of the project (per case):

9 M4U-Concept Time consuming of the project: The first period is 3 months Steps 1-3: (to contact end clients/partners/supplier and potential distributors in the target country, to arrange the meetings with the potential clients, to improve the products, documents, etc according to the need of the client) Continuity: 3 months, which can be repeated another 3 months, and so on Duration of one project
