We need to learn to keep our tongue. Ephesians 4:26-27 "Be angry, and do not sin'': do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil.

6. Keep Your Heart Proverbs 4:23 Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life. The heart mentioned here is the spiritual heart of man.
