Making A Difference What is Ergonomics? 6Ergonomics is Greek for the study of work." and it is the science of fitting the job to the worker. It is the solution to a host of physical problems brought about by over-exertion or repetitive stress. 6This session is designed to help you set up your workstation and work habits in an ergonomically correct way to prevent pain and injury, in particular injuries associated with the computer workstation.
