19 2/11/200419 Specific difficulties and problems encountered Insufficient awareness of the notification obligations at the operational level It is sometimes difficult to distinguish whether it is under TBT or SPS Agreement Notification form is not complete

20 2/11/200420 Some regulations are late notified as the notification authority is informed after the regulations have been adopted or enforced due to differences in legislative procedures of regulatory bodies - but late is better than never Specific difficulties and problems encountered (Cont.)

21 2/11/200421 Proposals Notifications should be checked for completeness and correctness according to the notification obligations before circulating to Members so as to avoid the same errors
