3. Enrollment process In Banks area Enrolment as per KYC norms Through disbursement PoTD itself. In DoP area DoP provide 6 PoTDs per mandal Identification of 6 Govt. functionaries/IKP staff for enrollment. Training to identified Govt. functionaries/IKP staff by DoP. 3

4. Disbursement process Placing one PoTD @ 750 pensioners in both rural and urban area and STAGGERING to overcome crowd management. Nomination of single literate VO member for positioning of CSP for vacancies and additional PoTDs. Exceptional handling mechanism for Bedridden, Lepers and Fingerless/Handless and Finger print failures 4 PensionerBanksDoP Bed ridden CSP disburse pensions at their door step. Through identified messenger by the pensioner recommended by the MPDO/MC duly verification and marking in the data provided to them in their login for payment of pension through messenger. Lepers and Fingerless/Handless Recommended by the MPDO/MC on due verification and marking in the data provided to them in their login for CBM payments Finger Print failures

5. Grievances Redressal of grievances through online. Rollbacks & Intra district transfers shifted to DRDA level. Others & Inter districts transfers at state level. Grievances through RD call centre. Grievances through VO mobile module at village level. Operated by VO/VOA. Training will be provide to APMs as Master Trainers. Key in data will synchronize with SSP server, MPDO/MCs verifies and recommend for redressal. Messengers details will be collected and forwarded to MPDO/MCs for in case of bed side patients and FP failures. 5

6. National Family Benefit Scheme Uploading of applicants data extended up to 15 th February, 2014. Applicant photo and Aadhaar No. is optional. No restriction on data entry of date of death of the primary bread winner.
