Company History  Company has incorporated by its founder Mr. Sanjay Kumar Dhawan, solely he has established its network worth in finance market and established his office at Bhankrota Ajmer Road Jaipur. He has a great association and helping hands of Esskay Auto finance Private Ltd. Esskay gives a right direction to stable his feet in vehicle finance market.  After a certain time interval Mr.Sanjay came to interact with a person and his name was Mr. Mukesh Sharma. In Mr.Mukesh Sharma’s association Mr.Sanjay has introduced a new partnership firm SK Auto Capital and started to fund on his own capital.  In Dec 2013, Company gets a Management player Mr.R S Deval and he turns the company in its new turn. Now company has been incorporated in private limited concerned. Team has increased and separated into department. By Mr.R S Deval’s direction company is taking shapes in corporate culture.

4.  2000: Company’s founder Mr.Sanjay Kumar Dhawan got employment in EssKay Auto Finance Private Ltd. He started sales with Two Wheeler Finance and he made his own place at Esskay with best sales in this product.  2003: As Employee Mr.Sanjay Dhawan accepted new challenge for sales of Three Wheeler Finance in jaipur region and again he made a new achievement to finance 200 nos. of three wheeler till year 2006.  2007: In same employment this is the year when Mr.Sanjay got his century with 100 nos. of financed customer and achieved a goal of more than 15 million (1.18 Crores) in volume.  2009: In this year Mr. Sanjay has resigned with Esskay Auto Finance private Limited but did not wanted to leave its association. So he decided to take a Direct Sales Agency of Esskay Auto Finance Private Limited. Now he was working independently and done a business of 17 million (1.74 Crores) in vehicle financing and his office was established at Ajmer Road Jaipur and captured a network area near by Ajmer Road Jaipur. His network area is surrounded on radius of 80 KM from his office area.  2012: This is the year when Mr.Sanjay established a partnership firm named “SK Auto Capital”with association of Mr.Mukesh Sharma. In this year they have been decided to finance at their own capital and they financed more than 15.0 lacs with reference funding in vehicle loan.  2013: This year was most memorable year in its career. In this year first time Mr.Sanjay Achieved just a double achievement in business association of Esskay Auto Finance P Ltd. with adding approx 140 customer and volume of 38.34 Millions (3.84 Crore). Individually SK Auto Capital is also done more than 20 lacs in its own capital.  2013: In expansion of business, SK Auto Capital’s founder Mr.Sanjay Kumar Dhawan established a new Private Limited concerned. Finally the firm came into its original shape and named by “SK FINCON PRIVATE LIMITED” Company History Year by Year

5. Director’s Introduction Mr.Sanjay Kumar Dhawan : Sanjay Dhawan is Bachelor in Arts by his education background. He is the Managing director of the company. He has a large experience in vehicle finance sector by more than a decade. He plays a role of actively in risk management and business strategy. Mrs.Prem Lata Dhawan: She is a very soft spoken personality in our SK Fincon Pvt. Ltd. She is also a Bachelor in Arts. She has vast experience in this domain. She always helps to company to gets new strategy and expertise. Mrs.Sudha Singh: She is also a Bachelor in Arts as educational score. She has worked with ICICI Bank Limited in sales of Finance Products. She has more than 7 years experience in financial institution. She always supports our company by her motivational ideas to gain a huge business. Mr.Mukesh Sharma: He is active director of our company and he is Graduate by his qualification. He has very well versed in sales of finance products. He has very good hold at rural and semi urban markets

Company’s Pillars Rajendra Singh, Business Head-Rajasthan: Mr.Rajendra Singh has associates with SK Fincon Private Ltd since Dec 2013, he handles business development and product sales in Rajasthan, He is science graduate by his qualification with 10 years experience in Credit and Sales. He has a strong command on credit process as well as well versed in business development. Mr. Sudhir Arora, Marketing Head- Rajasthan: Sudhir Arora, Arts graduate with over 3 years experience in Auto Financing. He was worked with SK Auto Capital since 2010 and was committed to be part of the strong team. He is expert in sales as well as good in maintain the portfolio. Mr. Bhaag Chand Thakar, Collection Head- Rajasthan: Mr. Bhaag Chand has huge experience in this domain and has great knowledge in this sector. He always maintains good relation with our esteemed Customers and maintain our DPD. He always controlled our delinquency. It is always help us in increasing our business. Mr.Panchveer Singh Shekhawat, Operation Head- Rajasthan: Mr. Panchveer has long experiences in credit and operation processing.
