2 Telling the time What time is it? We can express the time in two ways 2. 15 - It’s two fifteen. It’s a quarter past two. 10.35 – It’s ten thirty five It’s twenty –five to eleven

3 Telling the date What day is it? It’s Wednesday. What year is it? It is 1996 / nineteen ninety six. What month is it? It is March.

4 Wh – questions verb to be present/ past What time is it ? What time was it? What year is it ? What year was it? When is your exam? When was your exam? Where is your sister? Where was your sister?

5 Make different answers When was the wedding? 1. 2. 3. 4. 5,
