2. OBJECTIVES  Participants will learn the basic elements of a Project- Based Learning unit.  Participants will create a Project-Based Learning Unit in the form of a Google Trek.

WHAT IS PROJECT BASED LEARNING  A dynamic approach to teaching in which students explore real- world problems and challenges.  Students learn by doing.  Learning results in demonstrations of performance.  Students create something that demonstrates their learning.
