9  register with ACMA as a supplier  ensure compliance with mandatory standards  compile a compliance folder (in English) containing: suppliers declaration of conformity description of the item proof of compliance with applicable standards Before an A-Tick label can be applied:

10 Proof of Compliance test report from Recognised Testing Authority (RTA) test report from non registered laboratory written report from a Certification Body evidence from a recognised overseas approval or as allowed by TLN Telecommunications Customer Equipment Compliance & Labelling
